Start by reaching out to us with your jewelry idea. Whether you have a fully formed concept or just a spark of inspiration, our designer is here to listen. Contact us to discuss your desires and requirements. We're here to help through every step of your process.

After the initial consultation, our designer will create detailed sketches that reflect your ideas and preferences. This stage is all about exploring possibilities and refining ideas. We'll work together, making adjustments and tweaks, to ensure the design reflects your vision perfectly.

Next we will create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) model of your piece. This digital model offers a 3D representation of the finished product, allowing you to visualize and make any final modifications before the piece goes into production. Your approval at this stage ensures that the design meets all your expectations. During this process we’ll discuss the best method for the creation of your piece with you, whether that is hand fabricated or molded and cast.

Once the fabrication method has been decided and the CAD is finalized, we will ask for a down payment. Following that, we will work with you to find the perfect stone to match your design, and order any castings or other material that we do not have in-house.

When the materials arrive, assembly begins! Our skilled jewelers will ensure that every detail is perfect, from the settings to the final polish. Once completed, we arrange a special delivery to ensure your new jewelry reaches you safely.
